Hi Amarprakash, My experience with Amarprakash was good. The whole process from start to end of the project was smooth with them for me. Even though there was a delay in handing over the project, I don't care about it since I am satisfied. I very much like staying in my flat built by them. The whole apartment is quiet and comfortable. The apartment being near 200ft road is very advantageous. It is not too far away from the center of the city and we can reach any part of chennai in less time. They provided backup power for common areas. Whenever there is power outage, the whole apartment doesnt go dark. It gives us a safe feel. Although I hardly use the club house, I still feel it is a great place with good features. Covered car parking is a good advantage in apartment. I especially like the maintenance activities that they do after completing the project. The people are very supportive. They heed to our request for small rectifications and do it to our satisfaction. They also took initiative with municipality and connected the sewers to underground drainage.
